They're right.
If it was one big pile of rust then it would be justified but that is very straight.
BUY A KOMBI!!!
Sell the panel to someone who wants one.
The other option is to score some Kombi doors and use them.
I'm putting my 67 Panel back on the road right now to use as the family car and we're putting Kombi doors with pop-outs on it for more light and air.
We're also fitting safaris for better passenger air flow.
Please remember keep in mind that there is not an unlimited amounted of splitties left.
They're dwindling.
People are now resurrecting buses that 3 years ago were regarded as complete boat anchors.....not even good enough to strip for parts.
And good Panels are even harder to find because for the most part they had hard lives.
See the lack of dings on the cargo wall? That's unusual.
Anyhow, I'll end my rant and get off my soapbox.
Just DONT cut that up for the odd camping trip.
Cheers & God Bless

Seriously man, have you fallen hard on your head recently?
Imagine what you would do if you knew you couldn't fail.

put the phone down Russell!

I know it's a good one. I watched the work being done! But its all money ... cheaper to chop than buy.

I basically want something like Muzzas ... but thats not gonna happen this side of 25k now is it.

Not my fault you lot have been busy upping the prices.

Happy to swap for an 11 in the same condition.

If ya think that cargo wall is clean, you wanna check the rest of the floor!

The chief will complete the rest of the body in the mean time ...

come on someones got some 11 window sections - hand em over ... Tony? surely you can assist in this demonic act.

It wouldn't be that hard to make the panel into a window van, straight swap with the cargo doors and a couple of pop outs on the off side. Slot a bench seat in the centre of the cargo floor then top it off with a bit of upholstery and you are away.
That's what people have been doing with buses for 57 years, converting them to suit the job at hand.

...blimey...a lot of fuss...if the decent 11 window pond wasn't fished out I would'nt even think about it ... but then even if I sold it off, it wouldn't put me into the kind of bus I want.

Okay I'll compromise ... swap me a real low light camper and it's yours. Not a shit one, a nice one.

or I could sell it an buy a Jayco. Nah.
