looking good!!! brings back memories of 18 months ago when I saw those pics of the whole sill and section of floor missing. People should not be put off when they see rust as it's not that hard to do properly.

thanks for the compliments boys its coming along faster than i can
get everything ready for it, like i said steve is looking at doing a first
coat on the shell this week & i still have not got all the bits, seats upholstered, wiring, wheels from split to bay, a lot of things.
steve said on friday hurry boy im going all guns blazing bugger bugger.
its good in a way im struggling to keep up with him, have a 1600 twin port motor sitting ready to go in with 50,000 done on the clock only, as i mentioned before this is for my wife to have as a daily drive which gives
me an open book to do whatever i want within reason with the others
even the 59 i bought from vicksbahn my first which is the biggest mistake i made for years but it will be done, im not going to just write off the $4000 i paid for it #%^*$@!*#% sorry still a sore point.

for wheels which is going to be the only diff to a stock split.

spoke to steve about pits in cargo floor that are too much
mucking around to weld he suggest that you spray with
2pack high fill it will fill in all the pits & leave a smooth
finish thats the best way

I use epoxy based filler ...phenobilic microballons plus epoxy resin ..we use it in the marine industry below the waterline ... anything else will suck moisture
