I feel your pain, hanginfive.
My missus is due to give birth to #3 around then and my splitty should be just on the road.
Mind you, I'd give SummerNats a wide berth.
I live fairly close to the ACT and it's a wild place during that time.
Has anyone actually gone to the event in the past?

Compared to some of the garbage that people take to the Nats now, I reckon a heap of splitties would go down quite well. There was something of a backlash when the 4-cylinder, WRX and Skyline brigade starting heading down there, but I don't think there'd be too much venom against Splitties. They've put a ban on alcohol in the past few years that seems to have toned things down a little too.

been many times, only in the last few years has the non-v8 powered vehicle been accepted by the yob mob down there. well worth going.
i'll have one going by then, but i'll be freezn in Holland at the time..
