That undercoat with guide coat looks good already as it is.

Update

Post by crewcabconnection »

The before and after pic on the insides. You can make out the amount of floor and lower repairs needed...basically most of it. I actually need flat floors along the edges for the cunning plans, so all of yous purists, don't bag me out okay,..

I wasn't gonna bother, but then Mr Bling kinda motivated me not to be slack - but it's taken a while to get to this point....now all the inner is in high fill....and yes, very sick of rubbing and crud removal now ...

Another thing.... arent you going to insulate and cover 90% of the inside with interior panels to reduce noise, or is this all part of the cunning plan?

Ccc cant wait to see and hear the finished audio and visual install.Love a bit of new tech in an ol skool vehicle. Would a small generator mounted in engine bay work ,for those times when you want to watch an entire movie away from 240v.?? just a thought.. Also thought i would mention the steering wheel puller i made for the split after going through the same frustration as you probably did. Will post pics soon. Great to see the progress you've made. Hope to see more pics soon. Cheers Tonz :D
