Yeh I think Rawdys on the cash with a light tan upholstery with white piping etc...
A white tiller, handles and switch gear would top it off I think
Soooo jealous mate, what a stellar ride! Can't wait to see it finished..

Have you thought about fabric or are you fixed on vinyl/leather?
If so you could use some really interesting patterns.
I'd stay away from a light interior colour though.
Asking for stains.
