Ted's '67 11 Window
Some of you may remember this bus from egay a few months ago. It was in Sydney with the previous owner completing the bodywork, paint, IRS, adjustable front beam. It came without an interior and engine and missing a host of parts.
Most annoying thing is the fresh paint job over the coach bolt seat belt mount hole through the B pillar! I will get that fixed in due course.
The bus is now in Brisbane (in the 4171 district). Since taking delivery of the bus I have been sourcing a host of missing parts and finishing it off. Painted the engine bay last weekend, with engine to go in next week hopefully

Plans are to depart a little from standard. Bus is set up to sit a tad lower, with adjustable front beam & IRS courtesy of Kimm Garland's Indian Automotive. All of this is the bolt on variety, so it can be returned to standard.
Matching an L bug box to a 1916 (or should that be 1915) engine, which is in the final stages of being built. Then some decent chrome wheels, safaris and revamp the interior.
Cheers

Yes, will have to catch up Mick. I think I saw your other ride with the personalised plates cruising down Oxford Street on Monday - nice noteHoves wrote:Geez, yet another one for the 4171 post code... Would be good to catch up Ted.
Cheers Mick
I picked up an excellent fuel tank for a single cab (with working original fuel tank sender 9/62) as part of my parts pursuit. If you need it for your SC give me a shout.
Cheers

Welcome aboard Ted. Nice to see another bus for Brisbane.
If you want to meet some of the Brisbane crew maybe you can come along to this.
