PMG Panel
Good to see you cruizing Daveo. Another one of my PMG fleet on the road (Andy H, Woo Hoo got my old 59), but I still have three Split PMG Panels left, 59, 62, 65. It was a lot of work in between a few beers with Dave. Here are some progress pics.
Cheers

Ha Ha was waiting for someone to ask that 76.
Old geezer we snatched it off had the rears flared 25 years ago.
They did such an awesome jobby on them we thought it would be a shame to cut them off. They are all steel no bog at all.
Fantastic workmanship. So we put the wide rims on the back to fill in the gap. Would look shite with cheese cutters all around yeah?
Kind of going for the 60-70s rod look.
All tyres are same width and diameter so no problemo wiv rego etc.
Handels like a dream too !!!!!

Hey Daveo,
Just been speaking with Peter. He told me to look up this one.. What a great ride. The whole ride looks so good. Paint job is great, details are great... Love the colour too. And another saved!
Look forward to meeting once I have one of mine on the road... Looks like the '65 will be on the road before the '57... I want to take my time with the '57... Once it's on the road I will take the '65 off to do a proper job on it...
Look forward to meeting in person some time...
Eddie, Andy & Peter are all good for help, helpful advice and parts I have found... It would be a whole lot harder without them!

65 Split
Hey Rudolph
It will be great if you can get the 65 on the road sooner than later.
Cheers

Hey Daveo!
I had a local fellow vdubber offer to come and give me a hand to get the 1500 I bought into the 65. I also have another full rear end, which looks more serviced than the one in it, which may get fitted same time.
Need brakes and some dents removed and some bits from Peter... Once that's all done It's a short trip to the inspection place and she'll be on the road ready for a crooz Daveo...
most of the writing is now off, with a Polar White finish underneath, other than the two blue doors...
Sorry to semi hijack your thread Daveo, I will go back to posting this sort of stuff in my post..
