Nice! Loving the condition of some of the parts.. weird the driver's door hinge areas are so rusty... Someone may have tried to remove it perhaps?

this looks very close to my latest find year wise... My latest one is a 65.. I'll be keenly following how yours turns out...

Welcome to DSK too!

Regards,
Rudolph

Great stuff GFresh on rescuing the old girl.
Where abouts in Melb' are you?

Looks like you'll be having a garage sale soon with all that good stuff stored in your van

Welcome to the Brotherhood of the Bus :)

Hey I heard about you guys, a bit of history is my brother and the guy that owns the Riddels Creek Airport where the car has sat for 30 or so years went to primary school together, about 15 years ago is the first time I set eyes on this van and asked to buy it way back then, I aproached the owner 2 years ago and told him I was still interested in buying it, about 4 weeks ago he rang me, told me someone had been asking about it and had offered him $250 for it, he also told me that he had informed them that he had been hanging onto it for someone who had been waiting to get hold of it for ages, he asked "am I still interested" so I offered him $250 and picked it up the next week end, I never thought the day would actually come, sorry your bro missed out.
