That seems about right, roughly around 70 mm to 75 each, gap between 3 and 4 the way I measured it was 75 mm and the 4 to corner was 70, 33 each to the seam, thereabouts, but it would be nice to be exact

Also started on the dash, in two minds on which way to go with it, I like it with the middle filled in and the outside two speaker grilles, putting speakers behind thats why I made it 9 grills each

Today I did a 25mm steering box raise, and welded up some crusty bits, also I have moved the coloumn over 25mm because I moved the pod over 25mm to the right, to get the extra speaker grilles in an also when I had my single cab I always felt the coloumn was a bit towards the centre, any way just my preferance, and no extra work involved as there was no pod there anyway, more than likely wouldnt have done it if the whole dash was there. first picture after

My idea on putting this roof on is to cut the outside lip an the inside brace off the cabin, leaving the flat piece with the inside lip, then cutting the inside lip off the new roof and sandwitch them together, weld the b pillars back together and I will have to weld at the back hatch, it will only be 1mm higher this way and i dont think you will notice it and I dont have to unpick the whole roof, sounds easy, going to have a go at it next week

Been working on the roof, cut the outer lip off the cabin, and the inner lip off the roof, lots of grinding, trial fit looks good, now prepping the two surfaces, going to glue it and spot weld it.
