How to go forming up curved pieces with a wood template to beat down the flat side. Seemed to work ok, need to make a proper section for it now.
Also welded in the new sections.

I’m not a welder, more of a grinder. but the door is “done”. Repaired the inner structures that had come loose also, one door down. Now onto the next..

Got some more done today,

Shouldn’t move again.

Removed bad steel from the door bottom, need a repair section now.

Outer skin is actually pretty good

Started on the heater log, The intake pipes are different sizes, but the main log is the same size so I’ll splice them together and extend the broken section

Profile is a little different in places, drain holes are different, but it’s not a show car so I’m not that bothered. It’s not rusty now!!
