Trial fitting belly pans
Plan on
Bolting the middle section in and
Weld the outside sections in

Any other advice before I launch into it ?

Not sure if you were going to run a Middle seat ? Do you need plates for seat belts ?

Yep will be running a middle seat but not worrying about seat belts

Strength for buses that have a sunroof and Double door buses also have them
I guess u lose a bit of structure strength when u have a big hole in the roof
