G'day all,
I have crept on every post/pic you guys have posted on DSK and loved every minute of it. Long time splitty lover with no manual/mechanical skills but am willing to have a crack.
Anyway, it seems that I may be able to stop continuously checking (every 2 hrs minimum ) any website that might possibly have a bus for sale that is suitable for me! I have my finger on a particular bus and will happily share details at a later date- Its a project!
Now my first mission is to move it interstate- it is a non roller... Ideas??
Will post pics as soon as I can.
Cheers,
Rich

A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do....
Describe how much of a non-roller it is. I retrieved a '59 with only front wheels, made up a rear axle from a Mitsubishi something or other from memory.
Good luck...

Either that or when you take to it with the trailer take some good hardwood planks. Lie them front to back and lift the front of the bus up to get the boards under (using jacks or whatever).
They will slide pretty well with some help over the timber.
Still hard work so even better if you can be downhill f it.
Good luck.
Photos are great.
