First section of gutter removed and replaced. Also the rear corner gutter removed...
The top half of the rear corner removed, pillar and side join were sandblasted.
A small repair was needed at the side...

that is great welding. How do you keep the warp to a minimum. Air line? Any dolly work?

Left side rear corner removed and replaced. Sandblasted and primed pillar and side panel...
Rear hatch gutter section removed after taking a lot of measurements. Also the rear corner required some modification to fit and line up nicely...
New rear gutter section welded on...
Rear corners prepared and ready for the corner gutters. Next will be the left hand side from the corner to above the cargo doors...

thanks guys, still ticking off the jobs...
Front roof bow has been removed to make it easier to sandblast the gutter at the sides. I have also blasted and primed the roof bow...
Left side gutter has been removed...
New gutter clamped on and getting lined up..
Welded in and tied in to the rear corner...

Thank for the comments Linz! No qualifications here mate, I just enjoy working with my hands and having a go.
This is my first bus build so learning as I go and loving every minute. I’ve had the bus since 2012 and would love to have a red hot crack at getting it close to having the body done by the time I turn 25
