Rear mat was the best thing most of the rest needed some work, sorry you couldn't keep it Dave, but main thing is it will go back on the road no matter who does it. cheers, Greg

She has gone to a good home Greg.
At least thats what the Freak on the phone who bought it says.HA HA .
Nah...Seriously though....Tim has a cool little family that will benefit from the extra seats.
All the OG stuff went with her too.
Will be great to see it on the road again for sure.

Tim I bought it from a local German guy who bought it in SA and used it in Cooper Pedy(Is that how you spell it) and then came to Tas and bought a farm on which the bus became his workhorse. About 20 years ago he was bringing home 20+ bags of grain from Launceston and his brakes failed at an intersection nearly giving him a heart attack. He crept home in 1st gear and hand brake then parked it till I came across it. The rest is history, volma1

been working on the passenger side drop gate as it it bad.. the rest i can cope with.. have basically cut out the bottom from the profile line down, and welded new metal in.. needs a little tidy up and its good. I won't be straightening the whole gate or repainting. I would suggest to ANYONE with dodgy gates that want good gates to buy some new ones from klassicfab.. for a bit over 2K landed its a nice price.

More pics to come.. Timmy
