Just wanna start off by saying hi everyone my names Aaron aka MrRat im from the blacktown area soon to be in oran park by years end.
It's good to finally be on here! I've heard only good things about this forum and it's the place to be when it comes to splittys.
Well at the moment im just starting on a 1956 splitty SC ute project.going to be keeping it ratty so makes things a little easier in the cosmetics department but will still need a fair bit of work...
I'll try to upload some pics from this dodgy iPad but I don't like my luck

the ute is originally from Mont Albert Victoria as an old sign writers ute.found heaps of dried up paint on the lower level,probably from open paint tins.im trying to research the owner of the ute.

Congrats on a great ute. Keep it ratty and dont ruin that signwriting 8)
There is a big fan base on here for signwritten buses... viewtopic.php?f=11&t=21859&hilit=sign

Cheers guys. Planning on keeping it ratty,makes for a cheaper build and I love the rat look.ill try make a build thread but I'm the type that gets stuck in and forgets to take happy snaps lol.
I didn't get bumpers for this ute but I do have a set off a 62 barn bumpers which I will put on.
