this will be a last of pics, until in new factory, hope end of Nov, then should move very quick, cause pretty much have everything to finish, just need to put together like a 'mecano' set

I have a problem with the Reduction Gear box's. THere leaking.
I know where one of the leaks is coming from because I forgot to put the outer o-ring on, but the others leak between the spring plate and RGB. It has to be the steel plug.

Q: I bought the re-seal kit for the swing axle, came with gaskets, one large o-ring and small, new split pin etc..., I know what the small one is for.
Can anyone tell me where the Large one goes ?

Also, the gearbox seal kit, came with large o-rings for the reduction casing, I looked in my manual, didn't use them, was not in the book, and I never pulled any out, should I Have used them.
I have no leaks from this sealed using gaskets, but it does have a really slow leak from the reduction boot case to gearbox.

But, other than that everything is good, in factory. Will commence work a.s.a.p.

Thanks mate.
From what I can remember I bought 4 litres of coloured lacquer (your choice of color), thinners and flattening agent. If I still had all of them in the garage I could tell you exactly the names of each of them. But the flattening agent is like a paste in a paint tin, that you mix a certain amount to the paint and thinners mix. Depending on how Matt or satin finish you want. Hope that helps a little.

Yes I believe that is correct.
But, if I had to paint it again I would choose 2k. It has a much nicer finish.
You would be well of to ask your local auto paint shop to see if you can use 2k with a flattening agent.
Because I don't know.
