Seams sealed

Raptor tinted and applied

Great finish, a really fine ripple which I like more than the coarse look

Red 9 being installed now that it has been painted in gun metal

Rear spring plates also sprayed in gun metal
Image

Rear brake parts have shown up ready to assemble

Engine looking a little dusty but 3yrs sitting idol will do that. Time for a refresh, clean up and a spray prior to fitting.

Next step is painting the rest of the exterior.

Just an update

Two tone looks awesome, IMO.

Will try the flappers and see how we go, will leave that right to the end though.
Image

Seems to sit well with the red9 on its second lowest setting. Should settle a little further as more weight is added.
Image

Engine is coming along well and looks great. She will look even better with this serpentine setup from Rod Penrose.
Image

Have ordered the new wiring loom with some mods from Vintage in MEL, all going well the interior gets painted next week.
