Doesn't this just mean you now have a really low/small panel/delivery van? ;)
Maybe a low-roof panel...?

Good point there Rawdy...

Measured it all up and did some mathematical calculations, taking into consideration ,the radius and curvature of the bay roof profile to arrive at a
volumetric capacity of.......................>

Yep.........

Bigger than an open topped DC tray.........

A bit more action this week-end....

Not happy with the capped end behind the cabin...

I thought bending a piece of tube first and then cutting sections out of it would be an easy way of achieving the required curvature to support the roof skin at this end of the lid....After many slits cut into the tube, I managed to achieve this result with a modest degree of success....
After Valla, I will probably cut the capped end off and start again..This time using a timber former shaped exactly to follow the curvature of the roof line and also with a radius from the horizontal surface to the vertical one..I'll use a piece of panel steel and shape it over the former instead of using bent tube...

Sometimes, you have to do things once to realize it looks shit and then be prepared to start from scratch to get it right....
Very character building stuff...
